Job Overview

Zuro is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to design and implement intuitive, engaging, and user-centric experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into seamless digital experiences, ensuring optimal usability and visually appealing design. This is a full-time position where you will work on cutting-edge AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces aligned with Zuro’s brand and objectives.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to gather and analyze user requirements.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize ideas and iterate on designs.
  • Develop front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Ensure design consistency through the creation and maintenance of a design system.
  • Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to inform design decisions.
  • Optimize UI/UX designs for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs with backend systems.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and innovations to enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design and front-end skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with familiarity in frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with user research, A/B testing, and creating user personas.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems creatively and efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with prototyping and collaboration tools such as InVision, Marvel, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation in UI/UX design.
